The honest bit
A car in the air, with the right tools and a roof over it, gets fixed properly and in one go. A car on a wet drive gets a temporary fix and a second visit. That is why the work happens at Turner Street, and why we stopped doing repairs outside.
Getting it here costs you nothing. Drop it off if that suits, or we collect it from home or work and bring it back when it is done. If it will not start we come out, find the fault where it sits, and recover it in if it needs to come in.
There is no call-out fee for coming out to a car that will not start, and no charge for collection and return.

Repairs and maintenance

What it costs
Servicing has fixed prices: Basic £120, Interim £199, and Major £299. Add an MOT to any service for £45. Jobs that vary by vehicle, such as clutches, belts and brakes, get a written, itemised quote before any work starts, and that quote is what you pay.
There is no call-out fee, and no "while we're in there" extras added without asking you first. If you are not sure what the fault is, start with diagnostics from £45 or just describe the symptoms over the phone. Elliot and Keith will often tell you for free whether it is worth a visit at all.
Regular customers can spread the cost with the Service Plan from £20 a month, which bundles annual servicing with priority booking and member discounts.
From prices are the genuine minimum for the smallest engines and the simplest jobs. Your own price is confirmed in writing before we start.
Booking
Every call answered, any time, and no call centre. Elliot or Keith handle your job from the first quote to the finished work, and the online booking shows real slots from the workshop diary.
Call, WhatsApp or book online. Describe the noise, the light or the failed start. You will often get free advice straight away on whether it is worth booking in at all.
The car goes on the ramp, where a fault can be traced properly instead of guessed at. If it will not start, we come out and find it where it sits.
Itemised, with parts and labour separated, and fixed for the job described. Nothing gets added without asking you first.
Servicing, brakes, belts and the big jobs are all done at Turner Street, in the dry and with the car in the air. Collection and return is free, and we tell you when it will be ready.
Every repair carries a 12-month parts and labour warranty. If something we fitted has a problem, call us and we make it right.
