The honest bit
The limit on mobile work is not skill or equipment. It is ramps. Anything that needs the car lifted properly has to happen in a workshop. Everything else can be done on a driveway, in a car park or at the side of the road, and that covers the large majority of what goes wrong with cars.
So we run both. The mobile side means you do not lose a morning for a battery or a warning light. The workshop at Turner Street means a clutch, a cambelt or a DSG gearbox gets done properly, on a ramp, with the right tools, and not on a driveway in the rain.
Whichever it is, the price is the same price. There is no call-out fee for coming to you, and no premium for using the workshop.

What it costs
Every price on this page is a genuine starting price, not a hook. A basic service is £99 and a full service is £149 whatever you drive. Jobs that vary by vehicle, such as clutches, belts and brakes, get a written, itemised quote before any work starts, and that quote is what you pay.
There is no call-out fee, and no "while we're in there" extras added without asking you first. If you are not sure what the fault is, start with diagnostics from £45 or just describe the symptoms over the phone. Elliot and Keith will often tell you for free whether it is worth a visit at all.
Regular customers can spread the cost with the Service Plan from £20 a month, which bundles annual servicing with priority booking and member discounts.
From prices are the genuine minimum for the smallest engines and the simplest jobs. Your own price is confirmed in writing before we start.

Every call answered, any time, and no call centre. Elliot or Keith handle your job from the first quote to the finished work, and the online booking shows real slots from the workshop diary.

Most faults are identified on your driveway or at work, typically within the hour of your call across our patch. Workshop jobs get booked into a real slot.
Itemised, with parts and labour separated, and fixed for the job described. Nothing gets added without asking you first.
Servicing, brakes, batteries and most repairs happen at your home or workplace. Ramp jobs are done at Turner Street, with collection and return where you want it.
Every repair carries a 12-month parts warranty. If something we fitted has a problem, call us and we make it right.
