Dead battery? We can jump-start the car or fit a replacement where it stands. We carry quality batteries with us. If it's the alternator or a drain rather than the battery, the car comes in to the workshop.
Starter Motor Issues
Car won't start and clicking? We can diagnose a starter motor fault where the car is. Replacing one is ramp work, so we recover it to the workshop and do it there.
Alternator Failure
Battery light on and car losing power? We test the charging system on the spot. A new alternator is fitted back at the workshop, so we recover the car if it won't make the journey.

We Come to You
We head to the car with the diagnostic kit and the common spares. We'll tell you when to expect us and let you know if that changes.
Diagnose on the Spot
We find the fault where the car stands. If a temporary fix is simple and safe, we'll do it so you can get moving. If it needs more than that, we recover the car to the workshop rather than bodge it at the kerb.
Get You Moving
The aim is to get you safely on the road or home. A temporary fix buys you that; the full repair is then done properly on a ramp at the workshop, with collection or recovery sorted between us.

How quickly can you reach me?
Every call is answered. How soon we can get to you depends on where you are and what's already in the diary, so we won't put a number on it here — we'll tell you honestly when you ring, and keep you posted if it moves.
Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Our standard hours are Monday - Sunday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM. However, for existing customers or genuine emergencies, give us a call and we'll do our best to help. We understand breakdowns don't always happen during business hours.
What if you can't fix my car roadside?
If we can't complete the repair on-site, we'll discuss your options: a temporary fix to get you home/to a safe location, or recovery to our workshop and the repair done there. Recovery is £50 within 5 miles of the workshop; further out, we confirm the price before we set off. We'll always explain clearly and honestly what's best for your situation.
How much does an emergency callout cost?
There's no call-out fee. Finding the fault is £45, and any work done is charged at £60 an hour. If repairs are needed, we'll provide a quote before proceeding. We'll always be transparent about costs upfront.
Can you repair the car where it has broken down?
Sometimes. We carry diagnostic kit, a jump pack and common batteries, so a flat battery or a simple, safe fix can often be done where you are. A proper repair needs a ramp and the right tools, so anything more than that we recover to the workshop at Unit 6, Turner Street, Dudley.
