“From start to finish it has been a positive first time experience with here. Wednesday - RAC came out, couldn't do anything other than provide a report … expected me to wait 8 hours for a tow in extreme hot conditions with no air con as I was told not to attempt to turn my car back on due to faults ! Anyway, messaged here, replied instantly ; got a tow out to me within less than 30 mins for a reasonable price. He then got the parts and repaired my Jaguar f pace within 2 days (despite it been extremely hot right now with this heatwave !) he explained everything needed and the reasons for each cost, whilst trying to keep costs as fair as possible.
