No charge. No obligation. No sign-up.
Every vehicle checked, history reviewed
A schedule built around your working week
One direct number, and we know which van you mean
The honest bit
When a van goes off the road, it isn't an inconvenience. It's a day of jobs cancelled, a customer let down, and a driver sat at home on full pay. Recent research puts the cost at around £1,172 a day, and the average van-dependent business loses six and a half days a year to it.
Most small fleets end up with one of two options. The main dealer, where you're booked in three weeks out and speaking to a service advisor who has never seen your vehicle. Or a national chain, where you get a different technician every visit and nobody remembers that the same van has been back twice for the same fault.
We're the third option. Two mechanics, one workshop in Dudley, and a genuine working knowledge of every vehicle on your fleet.
If you're big enough that vehicle downtime hurts, but not big enough to have someone whose job it is to manage it, this is built for you.
Read: what actually takes vans off the roadWho we look after
to manufacturer schedules, planned around your working week
so a test failure never comes as a surprise
on warning lights, intermittent faults and running problems
including work most independents send elsewhere
the day-to-day consumables that keep a van earning
when a vehicle goes down mid-shift
before you add a vehicle to the fleet, so you don't inherit somebody else's problem
How it works
Step 1
Bring the fleet in, or we'll come and look it over at your yard. We go through each vehicle, check its condition and history, and give you an honest picture of where everything stands. No charge for that, and no obligation afterwards.
Step 2
Services and MOTs planned in advance and spread out, so you're never short two vans in the same week. Weekend and early morning slots where that suits you better.
Step 3
Services, MOTs, cambelts. You shouldn't have to track it, and you shouldn't find out from a DVSA letter.
Step 4
Ours. Direct mobile, or WhatsApp if that's easier. Photos and video of anything we find, so you can see the worn brake disc rather than take our word for it.
Step 5
Everything we do, when we did it, and what we recommended. Useful for compliance, useful at resale, and useful when a driver insists the noise has "only just started".
The bit that actually matters
Every fleet provider will tell you about their processes. Here's what you're actually buying.
Keith has spent over 40 years on the tools and is a qualified MOT assessor. He has seen every failure mode these vehicles have, usually several times, and he can tell you what a van is going to need six months before it needs it. There is very little that surprises him.
Elliot handles diagnostics, servicing and the awkward jobs other garages send away. Electrical faults that nobody else could pin down, DSG gearboxes, wet belts, intermittent problems that only happen on a Tuesday. If a van keeps coming back with the same warning light, he's the one who finds out why rather than clearing the code and hoping.
Between us, that's the whole fleet operation. Not a rota. Not a call centre. When you ring, you get one of us, and we already know which van you mean.
That matters more than it sounds. After six months we know that the silver Transit eats front tyres, that the 68-plate has a slow coolant loss we're keeping an eye on, and that one of your drivers is heavier on a clutch than the others. That knowledge is what stops small problems becoming recovery trucks.
Routine work follows our published prices. Anything beyond that is quoted in writing before work starts, and nothing is added without a phone call.
Parts and labour guarantee on the work we do: 12 months or 10,000 miles.

Before you call
We work with businesses running two vehicles and businesses running twenty. If your vans earn your money, you're the right size.
Recent research puts it at around £1,172 a day, and the average van-dependent business loses six and a half days a year to it. Small fleets get hit hardest, because one van down is a large share of the business, not a rounding error. Most of those days come from faults that were visible weeks earlier.
What actually takes vans off the road, and the scheduling mistake behind itYes. Ford, Vauxhall, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Peugeot, Citroën, Renault, Toyota. Vans, cars and light commercials.
Yes. Keith is a qualified MOT assessor, and we'll pre-check vehicles beforehand so a failure doesn't cost you a day.
MOT testing with a pre-check firstRing us. We'll tell you straight away whether it's something we can get to you for or whether it needs recovering in, and we'll prioritise getting it back on the road.
Emergency breakdown supportWhichever suits you. Drop the van at Turner Street or we collect it from your yard and bring it back, free. The work itself is done on the ramp at the workshop. If a van will not start, we come out to it.
No. Start with a conversation and a look at your vehicles. If it works, it works.
No sales pitch and nothing to sign. Tell us what you're running and we'll give you an honest view of what it needs.
