Fleet Maintenance for Small Local Businesses
Your vans are your business. We keep them working.
When a van goes off the road, it isn't an inconvenience. It's a day of jobs cancelled, a customer let down, and a driver sat at home on full pay.
Most small fleets end up with one of two options. The main dealer, where you're booked in three weeks out and speaking to a service advisor who has never seen your vehicle. Or a national chain, where you get a different technician every visit and nobody remembers that the same van has been back twice for the same fault.
We're the third option. Two mechanics, one workshop in Dudley, and a genuine working knowledge of every vehicle on your fleet.
Who We Look After
We work with small local businesses running anything from two vehicles to twenty:
If you're big enough that vehicle downtime hurts, but not big enough to have someone whose job it is to manage it, this is built for you.
The Bit That Actually Matters: You Get Elliot and Keith
Every fleet provider will tell you about their processes. Here's what you're actually buying.
Keith
Keith has spent over 40 years on the tools and is a qualified MOT assessor. He has seen every failure mode these vehicles have, usually several times, and he can tell you what a van is going to need six months before it needs it. There is very little that surprises him.
Elliot
Elliot handles diagnostics, servicing and the awkward jobs other garages send away. Electrical faults that nobody else could pin down, DSG gearboxes, wet belts, intermittent problems that only happen on a Tuesday. If a van keeps coming back with the same warning light, he's the one who finds out why rather than clearing the code and hoping.
Between us, that's the whole fleet operation. Not a rota. Not a call centre. When you ring, you get one of us, and we already know which van you mean.
That matters more than it sounds. After six months we know that the silver Transit eats front tyres, that the 68-plate has a slow coolant loss we're keeping an eye on, and that one of your drivers is heavier on a clutch than the others. That knowledge is what stops small problems becoming recovery trucks.
What We Handle
How It Works
We start with a look at what you’ve got.
Bring the fleet in, or we’ll come to you. We go through each vehicle, check its condition and history, and give you an honest picture of where everything stands. No charge for that, and no obligation afterwards.
We build a schedule around your work, not ours.
Services and MOTs planned in advance and spread out, so you’re never short two vans in the same week. Weekend and early morning slots where that suits you better.
We remind you before things are due.
Services, MOTs, cambelts. You shouldn’t have to track it, and you shouldn’t find out from a DVSA letter.
You get one point of contact.
Ours. Direct mobile, or WhatsApp if that’s easier. Photos and video of anything we find, so you can see the worn brake disc rather than take our word for it.
You get a full digital record for every vehicle.
Everything we do, when we did it, and what we recommended. Useful for compliance, useful at resale, and useful when a driver insists the noise has “only just started”.
Why Small Fleets Stay With Us
Downtime is the thing we optimise for.
Not price, not paperwork. Getting your vehicle back to you working, quickly, and stopping the next fault before it happens.
We tell you what can wait.
If a van needs work now, we’ll say so. If it can safely go another few months, we’ll say that too. We’d rather have your fleet for ten years than sell you one unnecessary job.
Workshop and mobile.
Straightforward work can happen at your yard while your drivers are out. Bigger jobs come into Turner Street. We’ll tell you honestly which is which.
We’re local, and we stay local.
We’re in Dudley. If something goes wrong, you know exactly where to find us.
Where We Cover
Based at Turner Street in Dudley, working across Halesowen, Stourbridge, Kingswinford, Brierley Hill, Rowley Regis, Sedgley, Tipton and the wider Black Country and West Midlands.

What can I say?? Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. That dreaded feeling you have when you need to find a new mechanic and worry about if you're getting a cowboy or going to be ripped off, well that's one thing I'm confident is not gonna happen with Elliot. So my car engine warning light come on, keeps going in limp mode practically unusable I've tried about 3 other garages prior to this one none would give me idea of prices, availability etc I found your local mechanic online and dropped them a message via WhatsApp got a response within 30 mins booked to come out to my house the next day for diagnostics. Elliot kept me updated did diagnostics, showed me faults, explained what needs to be done and how much he could do it for. No pressure to use him it was my informed decision his quote was a lot less than I expected and that included repairs, parts and a full service as that was due agreed. Elliot was flexible to my needs and availability fitted around me, kept me updated throughout and when I drove away my car felt like a new car again everything felt tight like when you get a new car, engine sounds quieter all round satisfied customer. I have found my new go to mechanic. Straight forward honest advice, flexible to my needs, good fair prices and all round genuine bloke if you want a trusted person who isn't trying to mug you off and scam you out of as much as they can then use these guys highly recommend

Common Questions
How small is too small?
We work with businesses running two vehicles and businesses running twenty. If your vans earn your money, you’re the right size.
Can you work on any make?
Yes. Ford, Vauxhall, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Peugeot, Citroen, Renault, Toyota. Vans, cars and light commercials.
Do you do MOTs?
Yes. Keith is a qualified MOT assessor, and we’ll pre-check vehicles beforehand so a failure doesn’t cost you a day.
What happens if a van breaks down during a job?
Ring us. We’ll tell you straight away whether it’s something we can get to you for or whether it needs recovering in, and we’ll prioritise getting it back on the road.
Will you come to us or do vehicles need to come to you?
Both. Routine work can often be done at your premises. Anything needing a ramp or a strip-down comes to the workshop.
Do we have to sign up to anything?
No. Start with a conversation and a look at your vehicles. If it works, it works.
