We're based in Dudley and work an area roughly 8km around it — the towns of the south-western Black Country. That patch is deliberate: keeping the radius tight is what lets us honestly say "typically within the hour" rather than leaving you waiting half a day for a van from the other side of Birmingham. It also means it's the same two mechanics, Elliot and Keith, on every job — not whoever a call centre dispatches.
Most of what we do is genuinely mobile: diagnostics, brakes, batteries, servicing and many repairs happen on your driveway, in your works car park or at the roadside. Jobs that need a ramp — clutches, gearboxes, anything under the car for hours — get collected, done at the workshop in Dudley, and brought back to you. Either way you don't need to arrange a lift or lose a morning in a waiting room.

The character of the work changes town by town. Around Stourbridge and Kingswinford it's mostly driveway servicing and repairs on residential streets. In Dudley, Brierley Hill and Tipton we do a lot of jobs in workplace car parks and on the trading estates while people are on shift. The hillier terraced streets of Sedgley, Halesowen and Rowley Regis sometimes need a bit of planning about where to set up — mention your parking situation when you book and we'll sort it.
On the edges of the patch — Wordsley, Wall Heath, Gornal, Netherton, Cradley Heath, Quarry Bank and the streets in between — we take jobs case by case depending on the diary. If you're just outside the map above, it's always worth a call rather than assuming we can't come.
