We collect across Stourbridge & the West Midlands, work on the car at our Dudley workshop, and bring it back
We're based in Dudley and work an area roughly 8km around it — the towns of the south-western Black Country. That patch is deliberate: keeping it tight is what lets us collect a car, do the job properly and get it back to you without the day disappearing. It also means it's the same two mechanics, Elliot and Keith, on every job — not whoever a call centre dispatches.
The repairs themselves happen at the workshop, Unit 6, Turner Street, Dudley. Drop the car off if that suits you. If it doesn't, we collect it from home or work and bring it back, free, anywhere on the list below. And if it won't start, we come out to it, find the fault for £45 with no call-out fee, and recover it to the workshop if it needs to come in. Either way you don't need to arrange a lift or lose a morning in a waiting room.

The character of the work changes town by town. Around Stourbridge and Kingswinford it's mostly family cars collected from home for servicing and repairs. In Dudley, Brierley Hill and Tipton we pick a lot of cars up from workplace car parks and the trading estates while people are on shift. The hillier terraced streets of Sedgley, Halesowen and Rowley Regis sometimes need a bit of planning to get a car off the street — tell us where it's parked when you book and we'll sort the collection.
On the edges of the patch — Wordsley, Wall Heath, Gornal, Netherton, Cradley Heath, Quarry Bank and the streets in between — we take jobs case by case depending on the diary. If you're just outside the map above, it's always worth a call rather than assuming we can't collect.
How Our Coverage Works
Three ways to get your car onto our ramp
Drop Off or Free Collection
Bring the car to Unit 6, Turner Street, Dudley if that suits you. If it doesn't, we collect it from home or work and bring it back when it's finished. That costs nothing, anywhere in the areas above.
Callout and Recovery
If the car won't start, we come out to it. We find the fault for £45 and there is no call-out fee. If it can't be driven, we recover it to the workshop.
Same Mechanic, Every Time
Elliot or Keith come back to every call themselves - not a call centre. They'll remember you, your car, and its history. That's the personal service you deserve.
