Ring 07453 957641 and Ben answers, whatever the time. He can take more than one call at once, so nobody gets an engaged tone. Tell him what the car is doing and where it is. He'll ask the right questions, give you the diagnostic price if that's all you need, and can book you into the workshop diary there and then.
The moment the call ends, Elliot gets a message with everything you said. He or Keith then call you back, quote the work, and are the ones who do it. You never explain the same problem twice, and you never get a stranger turning up.

What happens next
Step 1
Tell us what the car is, what it is doing and where it is. A photo of the dashboard or the leak on WhatsApp saves a lot of guessing.
Step 2
Not a call centre and not a script. The mechanic who will work on the car talks it through with you and tells you what it is likely to cost before anything is booked.
Step 3
Bring it to Turner Street, or we collect it for free from home or work. If it will not start, we come out to it, find the fault for £45, and recover it if it needs to come in.
Step 4
Nothing is fitted without a yes from you. When the car is ready we bring it back or ring you to collect, and you pay once you are happy.
