We collect across all of it for free — you hand over the keys at home or at work, and Elliot or Keith services the car on the ramp at Unit 6, Turner Street in Dudley before bringing it back. No subcontractor you'll never meet.
The price is fixed and there's nothing hidden: a Basic service is £120 and a Interim service is £199, including the oil and filter change, the safety checks and an honest list of anything worth watching. Servicing across Stourbridge
We collect across the DY8 area — Wordsley, Amblecote, Wollaston, Norton and Oldswinford — including the streets around Stourbridge Town Clock on the High Street and the Glass Museum in Wordsley.
The town sits down in the Stour valley, so there's a fair bit of up-and-down between the centre and the higher ground toward Wollaston and Norton — short, loaded climbs that quietly wear brakes and clutches, which we keep an eye on at service time.
Parking varies a lot here: the older glassworker terraces around Wordsley and Lye are tight and on-street, while Norton and Oldswinford mostly have driveways. All of DY8 — from the glass quarter at Wordsley and Amblecote, through the town centre, out to Wollaston, Oldswinford and Norton. If you sit just beyond those, ring and ask; the answer is usually yes. Collection and return cost nothing.
Is the price really fixed, whatever the car?
Yes — £120 Basic and £199 Interim are the prices we quote and the prices you pay. If the service turns up something extra, you get an honest recommendation and a separate quote, never a surprise on the bill.
My MOT is due around the same time — can you sort both?
Easily, and it saves you two separate bookings. We collect the car once, service it at the workshop and put it in for the test at an approved centre, then bring it back — see our Stourbridge MOT page for how the collection works.
Do I need to be there while the work is done?
No — hand over the keys and get on with your day. We collect from home or from work, and it’s always Elliot or Keith doing the job on the ramp rather than a subcontractor you’ve never met.
