One honest caveat: this is the 12V battery that starts the car. The high-voltage traction battery in a hybrid or EV is specialist, main-dealer work and not something we replace. If you're not sure which is which, call and describe the symptoms — Elliot or Keith will tell you straight.

Yes, stop-start cars need an AGM or EFB battery rather than a standard lead-acid one, and many also need the new battery electronically registered to the car. We carry both types and do the coding where the car needs it.
How do you know it’s the battery and not something else?
We test before we sell — battery condition and the charging system both. If the real fault is the alternator or a parasitic drain, fitting a new battery would only buy you a week, so we tell you what’s actually wrong instead. The test is £45 with no call-out fee, and if the fault is more than the battery the car comes into the workshop to be put right.
