Elliot is City & Guilds Level 3 qualified with 15+ years experience specialising in modern diagnostics. Keith has 40+ years main dealer experience at Vauxhall and is a fully qualified MOT Assessor. Together they bring 45+ years combined experience covering both modern and traditional automotive repair.

Our average response time is 30-60 minutes within our 15-mile service area covering Stourbridge, Dudley, Halesowen, Brierley Hill, and Kingswinford. For emergencies, we prioritise getting to you as quickly as possible. When you call, you speak directly to Elliot or Keith - no call centres.

We charge NO call-out fee. Diagnostic work is charged at our standard hourly rate (from £45/hour for Service Plan members, £65/hour standard). You'll receive a quote before any repair work begins - no surprises, no hidden fees.

Most repairs can be completed on your driveway - that's the beauty of our mobile service. For complex jobs requiring specialist equipment or lifts, we have a fully equipped workshop in Brierley Hill. We'll collect your car, complete the work, and return it to you.
